Bryn (she/her) helps individuals, leaders, and organizations build momentum for change in their lives, organizations, and communities. In doing so, she draws on her background in social justice and conservation work, an education in law and policy, professional training and certification in coaching, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and facilitation, a long career as a leader in the nonprofit sector, and from a desire to help build compassionate, healthy and resilient communities. Through coaching, consulting, facilitating, and thought leadership, she helps people and organizations lead and live with intention, wisdom and heart. She is also a mother of two little boys who give her the incentive to live up to the person they believe her to be and be an active agent for positive change in the world.
Sarah (she/her) has been working as a consultant and coach for 20 years. She is a facilitator of change who works at the systems, organization, and individual levels to design, facilitate, and support change processes. She draws on her knowledge of strengths-based approaches to change and her background in education, whole systems facilitation, professional development and non-profit organizational development. Sarah is also a professional certified coach and EQ Practitioner. She co-created the Community Leadership Accelerator with Bryn. She is the mother of two grown children and has recently relocated from Tucson, where she spent the last 17 years, to Edinburgh, Scotland.

Cristal is from the rural Southwestern desert and after traveling and living abroad elsewhere, enjoys being home in the Sonoran Desert. Currently she manages a coworking, microfunding, and economic development program for a community development nonprofit, the International Sonoran Desert Alliance (ISDA). In her position, she enjoys the variety of multicultural business support, bioregional food systems revitalization, and arts and culture work she engages with here in the borderlands region. She holds degrees in history, nonprofit management, and will one day complete the master’s thesis for American Indian Studies. Justin is the Program Manager with Thriving Futures at Cradle to Career Partnership (C2C) anchored at United Way. His work focuses on the Opportunity Youth demographic, which are youth and young adults ranging from 16-24 years old that have not graduated high school, are not enrolled in postsecondary education, or are currently unemployed. Within this position there are multiple projects that he oversees, including working with multiple organizations, businesses, and government agencies to make a collective impact on Opportunity Youth in Pima County.
He has served over 10 years in leadership roles ranging from being a teacher, to non-profit care work, media creative roles, and has won multiple awards while instructing in corporate training positions. Justin believes in servant leadership. Where he prioritizes serving his team and inspiring them to grow, while focusing on empathy, creativity, and accountability.
Justin moved to Arizona after earning his B.A. in Communications from Clarke University in 2010. He enjoys engaging with the community outside of work where he is heavily involved with the Hip-Hop dance scene in Tucson. He avidly hosts practices, enters competitions, and organizes events for the community.

Rubeena has spent most of her professional career working with vulnerable populations who have experienced injustices. Rubeena has a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Arizona State University and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. As a result of educational background and experience in the workforce, Rubeena has developed an expertise in working with victims of sex and/or labor trafficking to include the complexities that comes with victims who also are experiencing immigration processes. Rubeena has a passion in advocating for human rights. In her spare time, Rubeena enjoys being in the gym lifting weights, spending time with loved ones, and going on adventures. Rubeena believes in being mindful in every moment to create space of acceptance, without judgment, to each individual’s unique traits or circumstances.
